DO I NEED TO PAY TO USE IT PROVIDER HUB?
IT Provider Hub is completely free for businesses to use, and we do not require you to submit any payment information. when you post a job.
HOW CAN I FIND AN IT PROVIDER?
You can browse IT Providers based on the skills you need and your location, you can contact these providers directly or you can submit the details of your project and we'll match you with skilled providers so that they can send you pricing.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I POST A JOB?
After you've submitted the details of your job we'll match you with skilled providers and you will receive up to 5 quotations. When we match you with a provider we'll send you their profile so that you can look at their accreditations and certifications.
WHY DO I NEED TO VERIFY MY EMAIL ADDRESS?
Once we've matched you with IT Providers that are suitable for your job, it is important they are able to contact you. We need to verify your email address to ensure we are passing on the correct contact details.
CAN I POST MULTIPLE JOBS FOR DIFFERENT OFFICE LOCATIONS USING ONE ACCOUNT?
Yes, you can post jobs for different offices from the same account or on the same job submission. You will need to enter the correct postcode or the main postcode for each job you post.
HOW DO I CANCEL A JOB?
If you no longer need an IT Provider, you can end your listing from your account page. If we've already matched you with providers we will notify them that your job is cancelled.
HOW CAN I GET MORE QUOTATIONS?
If you do not find a suitable IT Provider for your job from the first 5 quotations you receive, you may choose to contact providers directly using our search function. Or you can resend your job out to a further 5 providers from your account page.
HOW DO WE VET IT PROVIDERS THAT LIST ON THE SITE?
We ensure that each provider has their profile checked when they apply to join IT Provider Hub, we also credit check each applicant and any certifications must be provided before their badge can be displayed on our site.
DO YOU REMOVE IT PROVIDERS FROM THE SITE?
In certain cases we may restrict or suspend an IT Provider's account if we feel that they fall short of the IT Provider Hub standard.
