MartinSales & Procurement Leader
The tasks that I enjoy most relate to talking to customers about their needs then recommending the right products and services which will enhance their business. In additio I will be the main link between the sale, account management and technical support, ensuring that the customer is always our number one priority.
IanSenior Support Engineer
I am often involved in managing and implementing projects and dealing with technically complex support issues. I enjoy the challenge of fixing issues and helping to ensure that our customers IT systems are fast and reliable.
ImogenSupport Call Logger
I am normally the first person you talk to when you call to raise a support ticket. My role is to log your issue or request and assign the most appropriate person to help. I am accountable for ensuring that you issues are dealt with quickly and where required escalated to a more senior engineer.
IanSupport Team Leader
I manage the support team who are responsible for resolving your issues and providing you with jargon-free help and advice.
I enjoy my role which involves providing our clients with support, help and advice. Due to my extensive experience I am often involved with some of the more technically challenging tasks.
Steve NichollsOperational Director
I am accountable for technical strategic decisions, helping the support team to deliver world class responsive support. My role also includes presales technical advice and project coordination.
